Lisa Carroll

Lisa is member of the team at Noel Larkin & Associates. With a Master of Science in Spatial Planning she is a Graduate Member of the Irish Planning Institute (IPI) and Licentiate Member of the Royal Town Planning Institute (RTPI). Lisa is head of our Planning & Development department and specialises in planning consultation / advice, planning applications, legal & regulatory planning compliance, planning appeals and development appraisals. In addition, she deals with all of our Land Registry mapping services, such as the preparation of Land Registry Compliant maps, Deeds of Rectification / Transfer and First Registration.
 
Lisa has appeared in both print and broadcast media in relation to the sustainability of built heritage in Ireland and frequently speaks at events in this area.
 
Finally, she is currently working towards designation as a Chartered Planning & Development Surveyor with the Society of Chartered Surveyors Ireland (SCSI), which she hopes to achieve in early 2024.
